You are looking at Mechanical Memory Key Number 16.

The key has been made from the ground up, using the highest quality 16GB flash memory, housed in a hand carved Rippled Sycamore chassis. All watch movements have been hand chosen and constructed to form a brand new movement. It features a brass face plate for the usb connector and a mother of pearl inlay on the back. All the watch parts have come from damaged or irreparable pocket watch's that have been hand disassembled and then combined to create a true, miniature work of art.

It comes complete with a wooden lid and pocket watch chain. When plugged in the key glow red underneath the gears.

Wow--what intricate clockworks--I'm astounded at the quality!

My dad thinks it would be cool if the gears moved when the USB was in the computer. :D

Nice piece! How sturdy are your creations, because of the thin wood and all...?

Hey man, They're a lot more robust than you'd think. I've accidentally dropped mine down a flight of stairs & trodden on it without any damage. I try to use very hard woods & make the chassis as robust as possible. over the last 4 years I've made around 30 keys & (so far!) none have been damaged during use, & hopefully it will stay that way!
